The 1969 NFL Draft was held on January 28-29, 1969. A total of 442 players were chosen over 17 rounds. The Buffalo Bills chose Running Back O.J. Simpson from Southern California as the first pick in the draft. Future Hall of Famers O.J. Simpson, Joe Greene, Roger Wehrli, Ted Hendricks and Charlie Joiner were selected in this draft.
