The 1963 NFL Draft was held on December 3, 1962. A total of 280 players were chosen over 20 rounds. The Los Angeles Rams chose Quarterback Terry Baker from Oregon State as the first pick in the draft. Future Hall of Famers Dave Robinson, Bobby Bell, John Mackey, Jackie Smith and Buck Buchanan were selected in this draft.
